Amgad Nassif
Amgad is the founder and CEO of Amgad Nassif Auditing LLC (“Mavins-ANA”), a member firm of Mavins International LLC, a global, US-headquartered network of independent accounting, auditing, tax and advisory firms.
As an audit professional, he has more than 30 years of experience having worked in globally renowned professional services firms, where he has held various executive leadership roles. Amgad has extensive experience in auditing multinationals, listed companies, private businesses, including global and big family groups, working alongside Boards of Directors and Audit Committees in the Middle East, Northern Africa, USA and Europe. His industry experience covers a large array of sectors including Financial Services, Insurance, Asset Management, Real Estate, Construction, Hospitality, Aviation, Consumer Goods, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Biotechnology, and Semiconductors. He has worked with Government entities and not-for-profit entities alike.
He is a Certified Board Director from BDI GCC and the Financial Academy. He focuses on corporate governance, board finance, accounting, corporate reporting, and board effectiveness.
He is experienced in training professionals and management teams, focusing on sharpening their technical abilities, improving collective efficiency and, ultimately, maximizing value-add to clients and company professionals. Specifically, Amgad’s training experience includes organizing and delivering training programs on accounting, auditing (IFRS, US GAAP, US GAAS and ISA) and corporate governance at the Emirates Association for Accountants and Auditors, being the local and global learning leader in Big 4 firms, as well as delivering the CPA certificate training program and the IFRS training certificate program at the Institute of Professional Accountants (IPA) of Egypt.

Hesham Fathy
Hesham has a long-standing career as an audit professional, always assuring quality in assignments. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Major Accounting in 1986. He is a Fellow of the Egyptian Society of Accountants and Auditors (ESAA), a member of the Egyptian Society for Taxation (EST) and a US Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He has served as a Partner at Deloitte 2006 and has special expertise in the Financial Institutions sector with over 22 years of audit and special work experience. He was responsible for providing assurance services and technical opinions on accounting and auditing matters under International Financial reporting Standards “IFRS” and International Standards on Auditing “ISA”.
During Hesham’s tenure as partner at Deloitte Egypt, he was Financial Institution Services Leader, Independence and Reputation and Risk Leader, and Head of The IFRS Technical Committee .
